As Trading Director for Watson's Wines, Jeremy in responsible for managing all wine buying and selling in Hong Kong and oversees the wholesale and corporate business into restaurants and hotels. Watson's Wine opened its first store in Central Hong Kong in 1998, and is now the largest specialist wine retailer in the region with 20 stores, plus the convenience of online shopping. In 2007, Watson's Wine was named "Best Retailer" in Hong Kong's wine industry by Wine Business International, a global wine business publication in recognition of its outstanding performance.
